Total Body Conditioning
Total Body Conditioning is a physically demanding workout that combines cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head to toe, preparing you for anything life brings your way. This class combines intervals and cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.
Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation while pushing you harder than you would push yourself. We want you to have tons of fun - but be prepared for some intense training!
High Intensity Interval Training is fast-paced, exciting, and constantly evolving to keep your body guessing. This full-body workout is designed to build strength and push your cardio to the max in one compact session. We combine the use of functional body weight training with TRX suspension training and kettle bells in timed intervals to boost heart rate and build total body strength.
Spinning provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. It will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, all while making you dig deep to push yourself both physically and mentally. Come in for a high-powered spin class full of hills, sprints, and endurance levels with energizing music and a highly motivating instructor.
Ride Or Die
Power spin adds a little something extra to your typical spin class. Enjoy the benefits of indoor cycling in combination with resistance training, using free weights and your own body strength. Push yourself to enhance your speed, strength and stamina.

Back To Basics is participant-driven and works to increase body awareness, muscular activation and utilization while providing safe and beneficial muscular development.

FLS is an approachable program designed for all fitness levels based on strength, metabolic and mobility training to take your fitness abilities to the next level. With a combination of strength, power agility, speed and optimal functional movement, you'll be left feeling inspired to come back for more. Don't worry - FLS isn't all serious - we have fun too!!
