All members get access to our fitness classes at no additional cost. Our classes are perfect for all fitness levels: from total beginners to total pros.
Class Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a class anytime before 6pm the day prior to the class with no consequence. Your name will be removed from the class list and your spot given to the next member in line. If you do not show up for the class or cancel anytime after 6pm the day before, Mountain Fitness Center reserves the right to bill you $5.00 for each no-show and late cancellation.
We do realize that on rare occasion emergencies may arise and we will address these situations with you at that time.

High Intensity Interval Training is fast-paced, exciting, and constantly evolving to keep your body guessing. This full-body workout is designed to build strength and push your cardio to the max in one compact session. We combine the use of functional body weight training with TRX suspension training and kettle bells in timed intervals to boost heart rate and build total body strength.
Crush Your Weak
Designed to ‘crush your weak’ and challenge you no matter your current fitness level. Get ready for a little bit of everything. Sessions are dedicated to enhance your overall strength and conditioning levels, as well as balance, agility, core and coordination. You can expect all your favourite Circuit or HIIT movements and more in this physically demanding workout.
Ab-solutely the best way to help shape and tone your core and increase your cardio! This 45-minute class is a combination of balance, strength and endurance exercises for the core while incorporating everything you love about spin class.
Spinning provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. It will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, all while making you dig deep to push yourself both physically and mentally. Come in for a high-powered spin class full of hills, sprints, and endurance levels with energizing music and a highly motivating instructor.
Ride Or Die
Add a little something extra to your typical spin class. Enjoy the benefits of indoor cycling in combination with resistance training, using free weights and your own body strength. Push yourself to enhance your speed, strength and stamina.
Creating space in your fitness regimen for healing bones muscles and ligaments, and clearing the mind is essential for a well rounded routine.
This 1 hour session combines unique stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques, exploring your body's range of motion and postural alignment while training the nervous system to relax under tension. Remarkable for stress reduction and training the mind to focus. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and educated about your body and human physiology
This class is designed with the Squamish lifestyle in mind. SquamFIT will get your muscles moving and your heart pumping, all while incorporating corrective exercise to avoid and accommodate injuries typically seen in bikers, climbers, skiiers, snowboarders, runners and athletes of life.
SquamFIT uses your bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX and resistance bands to give you the best functional workout in under an hour. We finish with 3-5 minutes of meditation/mindfulness to help incorporate the mind-body connection to keep your brain and body happy.

A creative workout based on slow controlled activations/isolations and mindful movements. With a combination of band and floor work, you will get a full body workout that leaves you feeling inspired to come back for more!
revolutions & repetitions
An approachable program designed for all fitness levels, including 14 minutes of VO2 max intervals on spin bikes followed by a glute activation warm up. Mainly targeting the glutes and back muscles, this class will improve your posture…and your best asset!
Class description: Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Note: class is limited to 8 people, however, if you have an exercise partner abd posses your own equipment, we can increase the capacity. Call the gym and book if you’ve got your own equipment!
