Circuit Training is a physically demanding workout that combines cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head to toe, preparing you for anything life brings your way. This class combines intervals and cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.
High Intensity Interval Training is fast-paced, exciting, and constantly evolving to keep your body guessing. This full-body workout is designed to build strength and push your cardio to the max in one compact session. We combine the use of functional body weight training with TRX suspension training and kettle bells in timed intervals to boost heart rate and build total body strength.
Spinning provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. It will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, all while making you dig deep to push yourself both physically and mentally. Ride Or Die
Add a little something extra to your typical spin class. Enjoy the benefits of indoor cycling in combination with resistance training, using free weights and your own body strength. Push yourself to enhance your speed, strength and stamina.
