Contract Cancellation Policy:

Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@mountainfitnesscenter.ca - we do not accept cancellations in person or over the phone.

12-month contracts

  • A member may cancel their membership during their 12-month membership agreement if one of the following has occurred and sufficient proof has been submitted:
    1. The member has relocated further than 40km away from the facility and is able to provide proof of a new address with current date, subject to an administrative fee of $39.99; or
    2. A physical, medical or mental disability of the member, certified in writing by a medical practitioner that the member’s continued participation in physical exercise is unreasonable because of their condition or is likely to endanger the member’s health.

  • A member may also cancel their membership at any given time during their 12-month membership agreement without cause, subject to thirty(30) days written notice and an administrative fee of $39.99 plus 30% of the total remaining contracted payments owed.

  • A member may request to cancel their membership at any given time after their 12-month membership agreement has been fulfilled, subject to thirty(30) days written notice.

6-month contracts

  • A member may cancel their membership during their 6-month membership agreement, subject to thirty(30) days written notice and an administrative fee of $39.99.

  • A member may request to cancel their membership at any given time after their 6-month membership agreement has been fulfilled, subject to thirty(30) days written notice.
