Her first personal training job was at 19 and after training for 10 years she became certified in 2013 to pursue her passion. Then in 2015 she had a baby, moved to Squamish and started teaching mom & baby bootcamps.

Hailing from Adelaide, Australia, throughout her 4 years in the Sea to Sky Corridor of BC, Canada, she has produced top podium results in everything from Sprint, Olympic and 70.3 distance Triathlons, XC mountain bike racing, Xterra off-road triathlon, and trail running. She's also currently reigning Red Bull 400 North American Champion.

Clancy is an Internationally Certified Personal Trainer specializing in athletic performance and believes in healthy lifestyles and functional fitness training. 

He is a martial arts athlete who has trained and competed for over 15 years in various martial arts including  taekwondo, boxing, kickboxing, jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts. Over the course of his martial arts career he has had the benefit and honour of training beside world champions including Rick Spain and Andrew "KO" Keoh.

Clancy has over 8 years experience coaching athletes in skill, fitness and strength conditioning. His clients have come from a variety of athletic demands including pro-level MMA, rugby, AFL, pro kickboxing, soccer, and mountaineering.

Like most Squamish locals he spends his free time running trails, wrestling boulders, and answering the call of the  mountains. Squamish is a Mecca for athletes in all forms of sports and Clancy loves nothing more than helping his  clients achieve their goals and perform at their best to experience everything the Sea­-to-­Sky has to offer.

Hailey grew up in Vancouver and completed her BA at UBC with the intention of pursuing a teaching career in 2012. But she decided to take some “me” time and began to train for a big open water swim, and the more she trained the happier she became. This inspired her to go back to school and became a Personal Trainer, and there is nowhere she'd rather be!  

Becoming a mother has had a huge impact in Hailey's training mentality. Her experience with her own fitness goals before, during and after her pregnancy ignited a deep appreciation for the fluidity of the human form. Our bodies are simply a reflection of our lifestyle, and Hailey believe's forming healthy habits is the key! After all, we want to continue our habits for the rest of our lives, so they need to be sustainable. Change is incredibly simple, when we make it simple. Changes don't have to be drastic, but  should be enjoyable. 

We want to see physical changes in ourselves, we want to accomplish things we couldn't do before, we want to set good examples for those we love.     Not too long ago, Jon was a muscle bound 200lb bodybuilder who trained in the gym 5-8 times a week. When he found Yoga, he started doing some deep work which lead to the study of mind, emotion and psychotherapy. His personal practice is far more balanced now, and it is the mental, physical and emotional experience of being human that he hopes to give his full attention to for our empowerment and wellness.

    Jon works with a diverse client population ranging from people who need a lot of assistance moving and exercising, recovering from stroke, or living with chronic diseases like Parkinson's, MS, and COPD to other clientele dealing with various body ailments, injuries, and those folks in need of some postural correction.

    Combining his background as a Kinesiologist with experience in injury rehabilitation, strength training/body building, sport specific training with his experience teaching Yoga and meditation Jon creates unique individual and group programs for movement, well being, and healing.

    April has always been a fit and athletic athlete participating in high level sports including  gymnastics, running and lacrosse. 

    She found that her passion for health and fitness grew stronger as time went on, so she attended University in the Human Kinetics program to receive her HKIN Diploma. Throughout this time she received several certifications and began training clients.
