Paul's passion for sport has largely influenced who he is and continues to guide his personal and professional life. Being an Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist allows him to share his knowledge about the resiliency of the human body with others.
Paul aims to help active individuals overcome injuries, maintain physical wellness and return to their sport or activities. His practice is individualized and guided by on-going communication and education. Paul aims to enhance his client's understanding of their own capacity to heal and to physically excel. He combines manual treatments, including muscle energy technique, joint mobilizations and soft tissue release, therapeutic modalities and exercise rehabilitation to address injury and dysfunction. Movement and performance of the human body is the result of the musculoskeletal system working in harmony. This is why he uses a full-body approach to developing efficient movement patterns and a balance of strength and mobility.

Not too long ago, Jon was a muscle bound 200lb bodybuilder who trained in the gym 5-8 times a week. When he found Yoga, he started doing some deep work which lead to the study of mind, emotion and psychotherapy. His personal practice is far more balanced now, and it is the mental, physical and emotional experience of being human that he hopes to give his full attention to for our empowerment and wellness.
Jon works with a diverse client population ranging from people who need a lot of assistance moving and exercising to people recovering from stroke, or living with chronic diseases such as Parkinson's, MS, and COPD, to other clientele dealing with various body ailments, injuries, and folks in need of postural correction for life and their activities. Specially tailored postural exercise and mobility programs based on individuals physical/medical history and goals is one of his favorite ways to work with clients. Jon is also working toward his masters in counselling psychology and is passionate about the body-mind and breath connection.
Combining his background as a Kinesiologist with experience in injury rehabilitation, strength training/body building, sport specific training with his experience teaching Yoga and meditation Jon creates unique individual and group programs for movement, well being, and healing.

Emily has always led a healthy and active lifestyle, playing competitive hockey for 15 years, skateboarding, snowboarding and mountain biking. Her passion for health, wellness and fitness led her to pursue a university degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education to become a Registered Kinesiologist.
After graduating with honours, Emily pursued her Exercise Physiology certification, so she could work with clients who had chronic health conditions, as well as high level athletic training. Emily is also a Registered Holistic Health Coach, helping others change their lifestyle, nutrition and mindset to create realistic and sustainable change to their life and health. Her holistic health coaching programs include brain and mood health, drug free fertility and the total health transformation.
In the gym, Emily specializes in functional training/fitness, injury rehab (bridging the gap between physiotherapy and return to activity), soft tissue/myofacial release, athletic training and helping clients manage chronic conditions. She teaches clients proper movement patterns to avoid injury, while providing a fun and functional training environment. Emily has a strong background in injury rehab, and works with local physiotherapists to provide clients with the best care. Emily strives to help clients fall in love with taking care of their health and body.

Emily is a Certified Personal Trainer with specialized TRX Suspension Training and specific Pre/Postnatal Fitness knowledge. Her first personal training job was at 19 and after training for 10 years she became certified in 2013 to pursue her passion. Then in 2015 she had a baby, moved to Squamish and started teaching mom & baby bootcamps.

Sebastian's passion for training began the same as many other athletes, the need to get bigger, faster and stronger. His strong work ethic provided him with the opportunity to play 3 seasons with the McMaster Football team and 1 season with the McMaster Lacrosse team. To this day Sebastian continuously strives to better himself by being consistent and relentless with his training.
Sebastian has worked with all levels of fitness ranging from elite athletes to individuals that have just started to explore healthy movement. He has seen first hand the building of confidence that comes with understanding your strength and capabilities.
Sebastian utilizes a variety of training styles that focus on the development of strength, speed, and power for athletes and weekend warriors. He also uses these same techniques for those that are looking to build stability, mobility, and strength.
As a competitive trail runner, mountain biker, triathlete and wannabe skier/kiteboarder, Zoe Dawson was drawn to the Sea to Sky corridor for the mountain adventure lifestyle. After 6 years of exploring and coaching in Squamish she finally decided to attain her NCCP Action Personal Training Certification and share her passion and knowledge.
Zoe caters largely to outdoor enthusiasts and athletes, where she utilizes the gym equipment to mimic the movements of the activity/sport someone is participating in to make it fun and relatable. Zoe welcomes anybody aspiring to achieve a healthy balance in their life and she is a firm believer that the body should not be a limiting factor when it comes to experiencing adventure. She also has experience working with clients and their physiotherapists aiding in their recovery to full functionality.
Zoe’s outlook on health and fitness has changed from routine, discipline and focus to that of balance, enjoyment and fulfillment. She believes in empowering people with the ability to not only excel, but to be diverse in their fitness. Being healthy is not about following rules, it’s about living-- seeing your health and fitness as a journey, not just a destination.
Joe first fell in love with fitness in 8th grade when he dedicated himself fully to athletics and went from a knock kneed ‘non-athletic’ kid at 320+lbs to a healthy ‘athletic’ kid at 260lbs. The newfound physique and confidence completely changed the trajectory of his life.
Following an extensive career in athletics Joe underwent 6 major surgeries and battled back from countless injuries. During the process he realized that many of the injuries could have been prevented had the proper training taken place. By implementing a well-rounded combination of pre-habilitation exercises as well as mobility-based movements into his training programs he has been able to help himself, as well as his clients, reduce pain/complications from previous injuries and drastically reduce the risk of future ones.
Joe’s training style is a combination of everything he has been exposed to throughout his 13+ year career in international/professional athletics. It ranges from entry level pre-habilitative and rehabilitative movements all the way up to more advanced athletic development movements such as Olympic lifting and functional movement patterns. He likes to keep workouts fun and motivating in an effort to ensure clients are excited for each workout and develop a long-term, sustainable relationship with their fitness.

Hailey grew up in Vancouver and completed her BA at UBC with the intention of pursuing a teaching career in 2012. But she decided to take some “me” time and began to train for a big open water swim, and the more she trained the happier she became. This inspired her to go back to school and became a Personal Trainer, and there is nowhere she'd rather be!
Becoming a mother has had a huge impact in Hailey's training mentality. Her experience with her own fitness goals before, during and after her pregnancy ignited a deep appreciation for the fluidity of the human form. Our bodies are simply a reflection of our lifestyle, and Hailey believe's forming healthy habits is the key! After all, we want to continue our habits for the rest of our lives, so they need to be sustainable. Change is incredibly simple, when we make it simple. Changes don't have to be drastic, but should be enjoyable.
We want to see physical changes in ourselves, we want to accomplish things we couldn't do before, we want to set good examples for those we love. We want to be able to experience life, and not miss out on opportunities because our bodies won't allow us to pursue something. Hailey will strive to help you build these habits.
